Returns Policy

Please choose your purchase carefully as we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

Our return policy is valid for faulty items only, up to 14 days from the date  goods are purchased. 

Please note we do not issue refunds or exchanges for a change of mind or for an incorrect purchase. 

To qualify for a return:
  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, pouch included)
  • To initiate a return please email ishtar@ishtarjewelleryco.com.au

  • If you are eligible for a return, please email ishtar@ishtarjewelleryco.com.au and provide the following:

    • Full name
    • Address 
    • Email address
    • Order number
    • Description of the fault (please also include any photos where possible)

There are NO exchanges or store credit on sale items. All purchases on sale items are final. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.
